Wholesale Inquiry: Confirm Before You Order
A confirmation checklist, not a price list
This page does not list prices and does not state a single minimum order quantity, because neither is published at catalogue level. Its purpose is to set out, in the buyer's own words, what to confirm before payment, so that an order is not placed on an assumption about finish, quantity or rating.
Confirm the model number first. The catalogue has 313 items, and similar families differ in material, bar and finish. A model reference, such as Reference 1001 or Reference 9005, removes ambiguity that a family name alone cannot. Where the model is not yet chosen, confirm the family and the casket size it must fit, and ask the sales team to propose models within that family.
Confirm the material and finish next. Metal handles are mostly Zamak #3, but steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloy and brass appear in some models. Plastic handles are ABS or PP. Finishes include gold, nickel, antique brass, antique copper and chrome for metal, and gold, silver, copper and bronze for plastic. A finish name alone is not enough for a repeat order; ask for confirmation against a physical sample.
Quantity, lead time and documents
Confirm the quantity against the product page, because the minimum order quantity varies by product. Sampled values of 1000 pieces and 3000 pieces belong to specific models and are not a general rule. Confirm the lead time for that quantity and finish: typically 30 days after order confirmation, with some models at 35 to 45 days, and some models in stock for urgent orders.
Confirm the payment method, telegraphic transfer or letter of credit, and the shipping plan, full container load or less than container load from Wenzhou. Ask whether container loading photographs are required, since the company states that they can be provided on request.
For load-bearing models, confirm the load-test record before order confirmation. The company states that results are recorded by reference number and that a record can accompany the order if requested before confirmation. For decorative pieces, do not ask for a load rating, because decorative pieces carry none.
What not to assume
Do not assume a certificate. Certificates are available upon request, but no certificate name, number or issuing body is published, so a buyer who needs a named certificate should ask for the certificate list before ordering. Do not assume a single load rating for a family: the category bands are guides, and the model page governs.
Do not assume that a nameplate product page exists. Nameplates are mentioned in the company's main product list, but no nameplate product file is available, so nameplate enquiries are handled as an enquiry, not as a listed product. The same applies to hinges and wooden urns, for which no product file is available; they are not listed as products on this site.
Do not assume a named contact person. No individual contact name is published, so enquiries are addressed to the sales team by email, telephone or WhatsApp and WeChat. The enquiry should carry the model, material, finish, quantity and destination, so that the sales team can answer without a further round of questions.
Before payment, confirm the model number, material, finish, quantity, lead time and any load-test record for your order with the sales team.
