Ordering
Is there a single minimum order quantity? No. The company states that the minimum order quantity varies by product and is shown on each product page. Sampled values are 1000 pieces for Reference 1001 and Reference 9005, and 3000 pieces for the biodegradable urn Reference BIO-URN, but those are three models only and must not be read as a catalogue-wide figure.
What is the lead time? Typically 30 days after order confirmation, with some models at 35 to 45 days, and some models held in stock for urgent orders. The exact lead time for a model and finish should be confirmed before payment, because finish and quantity can change it.
How do I pay? By telegraphic transfer or letter of credit. Samples are available for most products before a bulk order, with the fee and details to be confirmed with the sales team. Certificates are available upon request; no certificate name, number or issuing body is published, so ask for the certificate list if a named certificate is required.
Products and finishes
What materials are used? Metal products are mostly Zamak #3 die castings, with steel, stainless steel 304 and 316, aluminium alloy and brass used for some models. Plastic products are ABS or PP injection mouldings, vacuum metallised and coloured gold, silver, copper or bronze. Long bars are commonly 19 to 25 millimetre steel tube or round bar.
What finishes are available? Metal plating colours are gold, nickel, antique brass, antique copper and chrome. Plastic colours are gold, silver, copper and bronze, with some ABS available in antique brass or antique copper. The finish guide recommends matching against a physical sample, because plated colours vary on screen and between production runs.
Which handles carry a load rating? Load-bearing handles do, and the rating is model-specific. Plain plastic pieces and ornaments are decorative and carry no load rating. A steel-bar metal handle and a steel-reinforced plastic handle are load-bearing families; a plain plastic handle is not, unless its own product page states a rating.
Shipping and repeat orders
Where do shipments leave from? Wenzhou, by full container load or less than container load, with container loading photographs available on request. The main export market stated by the company is Europe, with shipments worldwide. No individual export country list is published, and no customer is named.
How do I keep a repeat order consistent? State the previous finish and the stated load rating in the enquiry and ask for confirmation that both will be held. The company profile identifies consistency of colour and rating across repeat orders as a buyer concern, and the repeat-order guide sets out the wording to use.
Can I develop a custom mould? The company states that it has its own mould workshop and can develop a dedicated mould for a customer, with the mould belonging to that customer's account. No mould fee or development period is published, so both must be confirmed at enquiry stage, and the custom mould page does not invent either.
