Quality and Trust

What quality means here

Quality on this site is described in the company's own terms, with the source stated. The company profile states that it has traded since 2007 and produced in its own Wenzhou factory since 2016, and that its production, quality and management systems were stable by 2018. Those are company statements, not third-party audit findings, and this site does not present them as audited facts.

The production account given by the company is a six-step sequence: raw material, die casting, hand polishing, plating, assembly and load testing. The company profile states that the photographs of that sequence were taken at its own Wenzhou production line. This site repeats that as a company statement and does not claim that the photographs have been independently verified.

For a buyer, the practical quality questions are narrower than a general claim: is the finish the same on repeat orders, does the stated load rating hold for the model ordered, and what documents arrive with the goods. Those three questions are answered on the finish guide, the load-testing guide and the repeat-order guide.

Certificates and documents

Certificates are available upon request. The company's quality page states that it holds certificates and test reports at the factory, but it does not publish any certificate name, number or issuing body, and this site does not invent any. A buyer who needs a named certificate for a market or a tender should ask for the certificate list before ordering, and should not assume a particular standard from a product description.

Documents that can accompany an order, according to the company, are the packing list, a material statement, and, for load-bearing models, a load-test record requested before order confirmation. The load-test record matters because the load rating is a model-level fact: it is recorded by reference number on the company's test bench, and it cannot be inferred from the category or from another model.

Samples are available for most products before a bulk order. A sample lets a buyer check the finish and the feel of the handle against a real casket, rather than relying on a photograph, and the finish guide recommends matching against a physical sample because plated colours vary on screen.

Load testing, in brief

The load-testing guide gives the category bands published by the company: light or reinforced plastic at 35 to 50 kilograms per piece, standard cast handles at 100 kilograms per piece, metal handles most commonly at 120 to 150 kilograms per piece, and heavy cast handles and swing-bar hardware at 200 to 300 kilograms per piece. Those are guide bands for a family, not a rating for any single model. A single model takes its rating from its own product page.

Decorative pieces are not given a load rating. Plain plastic pieces are decorative, and plastic ornaments and metal ornaments are decorative; giving them a load rating would misstate what they are for. The category pages mark decorative families as such, and the load-testing guide repeats the point.

One sampled model illustrates why model-level checking matters. Reference 1001, a Zamak #3 handle, is rated at 150 kilograms per piece, while Reference 9005, an ABS or PP handle, is rated at 50 kilograms per piece. Both are handles, but their ratings differ by a factor of three, so a category average must never be used as a model rating.
